Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: Orders under $100 we offer $7.95 flat rate shipping to U.S.

*This offer applies to the 48 contiguous states only - Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories are excluded. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories will be calculated at checkout to ensure the quickest and safest delivery possible — because your package deserves first-class treatment.
*All orders over $100 with *qualifying items ship free via USPS First Class/Priority/Advantage-First or UPS Ground - whichever we best see fit.
*Select Qualifying items, including heavier or oversized styles, may not qualify for free shipping. We’ll always display the shipping rate at checkout so there are no surprises!
Local Delivery:
Unfortunately, we do not offer local delivery at this time.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within X to X business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6pm; Sunday, 12pm-4pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@theboutiquegirls.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
